A pizza oven without a peel is like a toy without batteries. With the Ooni Karu 12 Pizza Peel Bundle, you’ll be serving up restaurant-quality pizza in no time.

  • Highly portable at just 12kg (26.5lb), with all the power of a large pizza oven
  • Use wood or charcoal for a traditional wood-fired experience, or attach a gas burner (sold separately)
  • Maximum temperature of 500 °C/950 °F; cooks pizzas in just 60 seconds
  • Reach the ideal baking temperature of 450 °C/850 °F in as little as 15 minutes
  • Cook 12-inch pizzas (and more) on a thick 15mm cordierite baking stone

    • We stand by our products. All Ooni products come with a 1-year warranty as standard, and we’ll extend that to a 5-year warranty on our Ooni Fyra, Ooni Karu and Ooni Koda outdoor oven ranges when you register your pizza oven with Ooni. Your Ooni pizza oven must be registered within 60 days of receipt in order to claim the 5-year warranty.

    We guarantee you that your Ooni Pizza Oven will let you cook great pizza at home. 

    So - if you buy an Ooni pizza oven and you can’t make great pizza you have 60 days to return it for free.  Ooni + you = great pizza or we will buy it back.
