At Ooni we stand by our products and will provide a
3 year warranty* when you register your product
We pride ourselves on building innovative products that are designed and
constructed with care and precision.
If you ever need help with assembly, spare parts or cooking with Ooni - or even if
you just want to show off your awesome creations - visit support.ooni.com and we will get back to you within 1 working day.
Our customer support team is the most passionate in the business and we will do all we can to make sure you love every minute of your Ooni experience. Ooni will support your product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for the duration of your warranty.
Our first priority is always to keep you cooking great food. If any defective parts get in the way of this, we’ll replace these as quickly as we can.
- Your proof of purchase
- Your serial number (this can be found on the rear leg of your oven)
- Photographs of any faulty parts
We always try and do our best to fix any problems, but please bear in mind that
this may not be possible if the product is not assembled or operated in accordance with the instructions provided.
*Unregistered products will have a standard 1 year warranty.
*The maximum warranty for gas products and components is 2 years.
Warranties will be valid from date of original purchase and must be registered within 60 days of purchase.
