Unfortunately, global shipping congestion issues are currently affecting most manufacturers, including us here at Ooni. Please read the shipping table below to get an idea of shipping times which are our best estimates, but please note these times remain subject to this disruption until the global situation subsides.

Shipping for items in stock
For items that are in stock and are shipping now, these are estimated to dispatch from our warehouses in approximately 1 working day (Mon-Fri). You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is ready to ship which will include a tracking link, and normally, your order will be with you after a further 1-5 working days, depending on your location.
During this time of exceptionally high demand, delivery may take longer than 5 working days.
If you have not received a tracking link via email or received your order within the time frames stated above, please contact us and we’ll check the order’s status for you or check out support.ooni.com. If you have placed a pre-order, all items will be dispatched when the pre-order is ready to ship.
Standard Shipping & Returns
- Free Shipping - We offer free shipping on all orders over €99 to most of the mainland EU*. It excludes gift cards.
- Free Returns - If you change your mind, unopened orders can be returned for free within 60 days.
* Excludes Cyprus, Malta, and some islands, where shipping costs will be charged.
Once dispatched, time in transit depends on your region and distance from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Approximately shipping times are 1-5 days:
- Next day: Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg
- 2 days: Monaco, Denmark
- 3 days: Poland, Slovenia, Italy (except Islands), , Portugal, Spain (except Islands), Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia
- 4+ days: Ireland, all other countries.
How do I know where my order is?
- Log in to Your Account for all order information and tracking details.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received successfully.
- We will send you a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Please note that tracking links may take up to 24 hours to display delivery details.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
We do not ship to British, French and Dutch overseas territories
We have temporarily stopped accepting orders shipping to Norway and Switzerland, we’re very sorry about the inconvenience, but this will only be for a few weeks while we update our logistics process in those countries. Please check back soon.
Other regions - Sorry! From our online stores we only deliver to the UK, US, Canada, Mexico and Europe.
If you wish to ship to a region outside of these areas, you can choose to use a freight forwarding service, however, please note that the Ooni Warranty is only applicable to our shipping regions, and we accept no liability for losses or damages in transit via freight forwarders. Import duties and taxes may be payable for shipping outside the EU, or which will be at your cost.
Will my delivery arrive all in one parcel?
Your items may arrive in separate parcels, as they may not all fit in one box. If not all of your items arrive at the same time, then please allow 3 days before contacting us - as they may be on their way to you separately!

Can I have my order gift wrapped?
We don’t currently have gift wrapping available and Ooni products ship with references to their contents on the box.
We know Ooni makes such an awesome gift, our products are shipped without any pricing information in the box. As soon as your product is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link so that you can intercept before your loved one gets a sneak peak at their gift!
Duties and Taxes, Brexit Impact
We have a warehouse in the Netherlands, which is where your order will be fulfilled from. Therefore, there is no impact on your orders or any returns in terms of taxes, duties or customs as a result of Brexit, for orders shipping within the EU.
Whilst we are Headquartered in the UK, we also have a team in Bonn, Germany, as well as a team in Austin, Texas - Ooni is one global pizza loving team!
If you are in the Canary Islands or any area outside of the EU, import duties and/or taxes will be due to be paid upon arrival of your order - unfortunately, payment of these additional charges is your responsibility.
Returns & Great Pizza Guarantee
At Ooni, we know that when you get one of our pizza ovens, YOU will make GREAT pizza at home. Because that’s what our ovens let you do. How can we be so sure? We know that our pizza ovens heat up to 950˚F / 500˚C, which combined with a stone baking board and live flames are the perfect ingredients to produce perfect pizzas - and we also know that Ooni ovens have made over 25 million GREAT pizzas at home already - and you are going to join us and make more!
That's why we GUARANTEE you that your Ooni Pizza Oven will let you cook GREAT PIZZA at home.
