When choosing a pizza oven, it’s best to start by deciding which fuel type suits your needs. If convenience and ease of use are your priorities, a gas-powered oven is an excellent choice due to the reliable heat and hands-off fuel management and immediate adjustments to cooking temperatures at the turn of a dial. For those seeking the flexibility to cook with gas or enjoy the authentic experience of wood-fired cooking, a multi-fuel oven is the way to go. If you’re looking for an oven suitable for indoor use, go for an electric oven.

Next, consider size. If portability is important, our 12–14" ovens are an ideal fit. If you frequently cook for larger groups or want more space to be more adventurous with your cooking, our 16–24" ovens are the perfect choice.

All of our ovens are designed for outdoor use only, except for our electric models which can be used both indoors and outdoors. You can use your Ooni oven on a balcony as long as there is at least 3 feet (1 meter) of clearance on all sides and 9 feet (3 meters) of clearance above.

When not in use, we recommend covering your Ooni oven with one of our covers. For the best long-term care and to keep your oven looking its best, store it indoors when possible.
