Ooni Rewards lets you earn store credit for actions like shopping with us on eu.ooni.com and for interactions like leaving a review or following us on social media. We have an exciting roadmap of advantages that will be introduced in the future, so don’t forget to subscribe to our newsletter so we can keep you in the loop and send more pizza goodness your way.

The Ooni Rewards page is your hub for all your store credit and perks. You can access all your info by visiting our rewards page here eu.ooni.com/pages/ooni-rewards.
Thanks for being part of the Ooni Community, we love having you around. Unfortunately, you will only be able to receive store credit for purchases made after creating your rewards account. But stick with us and we’ll keep the perks coming your way.
No problem! Just contact our customer service team by heading to support.ooni.com we’ll happily assist you with merging your accounts.
Nope! Zero. Sign-up is free, and it will never cost you anything to earn Ooni store credit.
Simply visit the ‘My Rewards’ section of your eu.ooni.com account page to view your Ooni Rewards store credit. You can then add any Ooni product (excluding gift cards) to your cart and use the slider on the checkout page to select how much store credit you’d like to redeem. That amount will be automatically deducted from your total.
No, there isn’t a limit. That’s the great thing about being part of Ooni Rewards—there is always an opportunity to earn store credit, and we’ll be introducing more perks in the future!
Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total amount spent after the discount was applied. The store credit you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your rewards account.
Ooni Reward credit expires 2 years from the date it was added to your account.
Double-check you are signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn store credit. If you have done this in error, contact us at support.ooni.com to help apply your earned store credit to your account.
We want you to feel confident that all of your store credit is right where it should be . . . in your account!
The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communication and credit could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account.
Some rewards have a time buffer built in and will only add to your account after a set period to ensure you fulfill the requirements. This will be clearly stated on our Reward page when it applies, or any other place where you saw the incentive.
If you feel like you earned store credit, but it is not showing up in your account, you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks: Try to refresh your browser. Try to log out and then back into your account. Check the ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account to see if the store credit is listed there. Your ‘Rewards history’ will show the amount of store credit earned to date, how and when it was earned, and any redemptions made on your account.
If you still feel like your store credit balance is not accurate you can contact our support team via support.ooni.com and they will look into the issue for you.

Just note that referred friends must be first-time customers for both of you to receive the referral rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through your referral link (which you can find on your rewards page) and your friend must spend over €200 for the transaction to qualify.
Store credit will be added to your account 14 days after your friend completes their qualifying first purchase on our website.
When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your friends made a purchase using your code and that a reward has been added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards history’ to see a list of any store credit earned from referrals.

Add your birthday under “Ways To Earn Ooni Rewards Store Credit” on our Ooni Rewards page. On your birthday, we’ll send a special store credit that you can use on any pizza goodies in our store.
