Ooni Accounts and ‘Ooni Rewards’ Terms and Conditions
1. About these terms
1.1 What these terms cover.
These are the terms and conditions governing our website accounts (each an Account) and our ‘Ooni Rewards’ membership rewards programme which is available to Account holders (the Rewards Programme).
1.2 Why you should read them.
Please read these terms carefully before you register for an Account. They tell you who we are, how our Accounts and the Rewards Programme operate, how we may change or end the Accounts service or our Rewards Programme, and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in the terms, please contact us to discuss.
1.3 Additional terms.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to certain special offers, competitions, giveaways, and prize draws (each a Promotion) available to members of the Rewards Programme. Any such additional terms and conditions will be posted on our website together with the details of the relevant Promotion. Please make sure you read them carefully.
2. Information about us and how we may contact each other
2.1 Who we are.
We are Ooni Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 08316049, and our registered office is at Walderslade Accounting Services, 105 Hopewell Business Centre Unit 20, Hopewell Drive, Chatham, Kent, ME5 7DX. Our place of business is at Unit 5, Ooni Park, 189 West Main Street, Broxburn, EH52 5LH.
2.2 Ooni companies.
In certain jurisdictions, we operate through local subsidiaries. From time to time, we may exercise our rights and/or perform our obligations under these terms and conditions (including operating certain Promotions) through a subsidiary. Please contact us for an up-to-date list of any such subsidiaries.
2.3 How to contact us.
You can contact us via our support portal support.ooni.com, or by writing to us at Unit 5, Ooni Park, 189 West Main Street, Broxburn, EH52 5LH.
2.4 How we may contact you.
We may contact you using the email address that you provided to us when you registered for your Account (or using any other contact details you may have provided to us since then). You must notify us of any changes to your contact details.
3. Eligibility for Accounts and the Rewards Programme
3.1 Who is eligible to register for an Account and the Rewards Programme.
To be eligible for an Account you must:
- (a) Be resident in Australia, Canada (excluding Quebec), any Member State of the European Union, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or the United States;
- (b) Be at least 18 years of age (or if the legal age of majority is greater in the country that you are resident in, have reached the age of majority); and
- (c) Have a valid email address.
3.2 To be eligible for membership of the Rewards Programme.
You must have an active Account, and the membership must be linked to that Account.
3.3 Our discretion to refuse membership.
We may refuse an application for an Account or membership of the Rewards Programme for any reason, in our absolute discretion. We may close an Account or withdraw membership from any member of the Rewards Programme at any time in our absolute discretion (if we close your Account or withdraw your membership of the Rewards Programme you will forfeit any accrued benefits).
3.4 Multiple accounts.
You can only have one Account (and only one membership for the Rewards Programme). We may merge, refuse, or close additional Accounts at any time in our absolute discretion. We reserve the right to monitor the number of Accounts in any household, and to cancel any Accounts where we suspect duplicate Accounts are held by the same person (if we cancel or merge any Accounts the holder of the Account(s) that we have cancelled and/or merged may forfeit any accrued benefits).
3.5 Personal use only.
Our Accounts and the Rewards Programme are for personal use only. We reserve the right at any time to determine whether you are acting in a personal capacity or on behalf of a business. If we determine that you are using an Account or the Rewards Programme for business purposes we may cancel your Account and membership and you will forfeit any accrued benefits.
4. Account Terms
4.1 How to register for your Account.
Provided you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3.1 above, you can register for an Account by visiting the “My Account” page on www.ooni.com and completing the “sign up” section of the page. You must provide us with your full name, a valid email address, and any other information that we indicate that we require during the registration process.
4.2 You must keep your information up to date.
It is important that you keep your information up to date so that (amongst other things) we can monitor your Account eligibility. You therefore represent and warrant to us that any information that you are required to provide to us when you register for your Account is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects, and you acknowledge that we provide you with the Account on the basis of that representation. You also undertake to promptly notify us of any changes to that information by updating the details on your Account.
4.3 Passwords and security.
You will need to set up a password and username when you register for your Account. You should not disclose your password or username to anyone else and you are solely responsible for keeping your Account information confidential. You must take care to prevent misuse of your Account and ensure that no one else has access to your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security related to your Account.
4.4 Losses as a result of misuse or unauthorized access of your Account.
We will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of any misuse or unauthorized use of your password or your Account (including, to avoid doubt, the spending of any Ooni Reward Credit you may have accrued).
4.5 Online access.
Our Accounts are administered online only. You must maintain a valid email address to use your account and you must have internet access to access your account.
5. Registering to join the Rewards Programme
5.1 How to join the Rewards Programme.
If you register for an Account you will automatically be enrolled in the Rewards Programme. If you already have an Account as of the date on which we launch(ed) the Rewards Programme in the country in which you live your Account will automatically be upgraded to include Existing Membership, unless you have notified us that you do not want it to be upgraded.
5.2 What to do if you do not want to be a member of the Rewards Programme.
If you would like to maintain an Account, but do not want to be a member of the Rewards Programme, please contact us and we will remove you from the Rewards Programme (see Clause 13 below for further details). Where we have removed you from the Rewards Programme, we will no longer send you communications related to the Rewards Programme. Please note that you will continue to receive communications related to your Account and any marketing communications that you have subscribed to. You will still be able to access your Account, but you will not be able to access the benefits of the Rewards Programme (and, to avoid doubt, you will forfeit any Ooni Reward Credit you have accrued).
5.3 Use of “you” in these terms and conditions.
In Clauses 6 to 12 (inclusive), or where the context otherwise requires (for example, because a benefit is only available to Account holders who are members of the Rewards Programme), “you” means “you (provided that you are a member of the Rewards Programme)”.
6. Benefits of the Rewards Programme
6.1 What the Rewards Programme gives you.
As a member of the Rewards Programme you may have access to a variety of perks and benefits including access to exclusive Promotions and the ability to earn Ooni Reward Credit which can be redeemed for money off purchases on www.ooni.com. Where we refer to “ooni.com” in these terms and conditions we are referring to the ooni.com store in your country of residence.
6.2 Benefits subject to change.
We may at any time in our absolute discretion vary the benefits of the Rewards Programme (including the value and availability of any Ooni Reward Credit) or withdraw benefits altogether.
7. Ooni Reward Credit
7.1 How Ooni Reward Credit works.
Subject to the rest of this Clause 7 (which sets out exactly how you can earn Ooni Reward Credit), we will give you Ooni Reward Credit for qualifying purchases at www.ooni.com. We may also give you Ooni Reward Credit on certain occasions (such as your birthday) or for supporting our marketing campaigns (such as by following us on Instagram) and for referring a friend or family member to Ooni (where they make a qualifying purchase on www.ooni.com).
7.2 Collecting Ooni Reward Credit by making purchases on ooni.com.
- (a) You will earn Ooni Reward Credit for any Qualifying Purchase that you make on ooni.com using your Account.
- (b) The amount of Ooni Reward Credit you earn will be equal to one percent of the value of your purchase (excluding delivery costs and any applicable taxes that we have to levy). For example, if you spend €100 on www.ooni.com, you will receive €1 Ooni Reward Credit.
- (c) From time to time, we may alter the number of Ooni Reward Credits you receive for purchasing certain products. Where we do so, we will make this clear on our website and may also notify you of the change in our Rewards Programme marketing communications.
- (d) In these terms and conditions a Qualifying Purchase means the purchase of any product on ooni.com other than any products listed in Schedule 2 (Excluded products).
- (e) Ooni Reward Credit is valid for 24 months from the date on which it is added to your Account.
7.3 Promotional Ooni Reward Credits.
- (a) From time to time we may give you promotional Ooni Reward Credit. Where we do so, we will automatically apply the promotional Ooni Reward Credit to your Account.
- (b) We will notify you of any promotional credit that we are offering on our website and may also refer to it in our Rewards Programme marketing communications.
- (c) As at the date of these terms and conditions, we will automatically apply the following amount of Ooni Reward Credit to your Account on the following occasions:

7.4 Collecting Ooni Reward Credit by carrying out certain activities.
- (a) From time to time you may be able to earn additional Ooni Reward Credit for carrying out certain activities, such as supporting our marketing campaigns, reviewing our products, or downloading the Ooni app. We will notify you of what activities you can do to earn additional Ooni Reward Credits on our website and we may also refer to them in Rewards Programme marketing communications.
- (b) As at the date of these terms and conditions, we will give you the following Ooni Reward Credit for carrying out the following activities:
Activity Amount of Ooni Reward Credit You leave a written review using the link that we send you after you purchase a product using your Account €1 (per product reviewed) You follow your local Ooni Instagram account (or @oonihq) on Instagram, by clicking on the relevant URL in your Ooni Rewards account €1 (during the lifetime of your Rewards Programme membership) You follow @oonihq on TikTok, by clicking on the relevant URL in your Account €1 (during the lifetime of your Rewards Programme membership) You follow @ooni on Facebook, by clicking on the relevant URL in your Account €1 (during the lifetime of your Rewards Programme membership) You download the Ooni app, by clicking on the relevant URL in your Account €1 (during the lifetime of your Rewards Programme membership) - (c) Note that to earn Ooni Reward Credit for these activities you may be required to have an Instagram, TikTok and/or Facebook account with privacy settings that allow us to verify whether you have carried out the activity. You will not earn the reward if you do not carry out the activity using the relevant link on the Ooni Rewards page.
7.5 Credits for referring a friend to Ooni.
- (a) You may also earn Ooni Reward Credits if you take part in our referral programme which is exclusively available to members of the Rewards Programme.
- (b) The terms and conditions applying to the Referral Programme are set out in Schedule 1 (Referral Programme Terms and Conditions).
8. Spending Rewards Programme Credit
- (a) You can apply Ooni Reward Credit towards the cost of purchases on www.ooni.com. You can choose whether to pay for purchases using Ooni Reward Credit in part or full.
- (b) We will not exchange Ooni Reward Credit for cash and Ooni Reward Credit cannot be transferred to another person.
- (c) Ooni Reward Credit cannot be used towards gift card purchases or towards purchases made using a discount code.
- (d) From time to time we may determine that Ooni Reward Credit cannot be used towards purchases of certain products or during certain promotional campaigns, for example on new or limited release products, or when we are offering sales promotions on our store. We will make any such restrictions clear on our website.
9. Returning purchases
- (a) If you return a purchase for which you earned Ooni Reward Credit and we give you a refund, we will deduct the amount of Ooni Reward Credit that you earned for that purchase from your Account.
- (b) If you return a purchase that you paid for using Ooni Reward Credit we will credit your Account with the number of Ooni Reward Credits you applied towards the purchase. We will not refund you with cash for the portion of the purchase that you paid for using Ooni Reward Credit.
10. Terms applying to giveaways
From time to time we may run Promotions exclusively for members of the Rewards Programme which will be subject to additional terms and conditions. Any such additional terms and conditions will be posted on our website together with the details of the relevant Promotion. Please make sure you read them carefully.
11. Other terms applying to Ooni Reward Credits
- (a) The earning of Ooni Reward Credit does not entitle you to any vested rights and does not mean that you can rely on the continued availability of any reward, benefit, or Rewards Programme privilege. Ooni Reward Credit and the other benefits, privileges, and rewards of the Rewards Programme are personal to you and cannot be assigned, traded, bartered, willed, exchanged for cash, or otherwise transferred.
- (b) Ooni Reward Credits have no monetary value and cannot under any circumstances form the basis of a monetary claim against us or our affiliates.
12. Termination
- (a) You can close your Account (and/or terminate your membership of the Rewards Programme) at any time by contacting us via our support portal support.ooni.com, or by writing to us at Ooni HQ, Bishopsgate Business Park, 189 West Main Street, Broxburn, EH52 5LH.
- (b) We may close your Account (and thereby your membership of the Rewards Programme) immediately without notice at any time in our absolute discretion for any reason whatsoever.
- (c) Without prejudice to our general right to close your Account at any time:
- (i) if we suspect you to be acting in breach of these terms and conditions or using your Account in a fraudulent manner or for unlawful purposes we may terminate your Account immediately and without notice; and
- (ii) if your Account has been inactive for 24 months we may review it and terminate it.
- (d) If your Account is closed (whether by you or by us) any accrued but unused Ooni Reward Credits will be forfeited and cancelled. You will not be entitled to any cash compensation for the forfeited credits and the credits will not be reinstated if you subsequently reopen a new Account.
13. Data protection
13.1 Our privacy policy.
Any personal information that we collect through the Rewards Programme will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy which can be found at https://ooni.com/pages/privacy-and-terms. In addition, we may use personal information that we collect through the Rewards Programme to:
- (a) Administer your Account and the Rewards Programme; and
- (b) To assess your eligibility for an Account.
13.2 Marketing communications.
You can opt out of any marketing communications at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing communication emails we send to you.
14. Miscellaneous
14.1 Website terms and conditions.
By registering for an Account you acknowledge and accept our website terms and conditions, which are available here and are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
14.2 Application of local laws.
Our Accounts and the Rewards Programme are subject to all applicable law and regulation.
14.3 We may transfer this agreement to someone else.
We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization. We will ensure that the transfer or assignment will not affect your rights under these terms.
14.4 You need our consent to transfer your rights to someone else.
You may not transfer or assign your rights or your obligations under these terms.
14.5 Nobody else has any rights under this contract.
This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
14.6 If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force.
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
14.7 Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later.
If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us from taking steps against you at a later date.
14.8 Our right to amend these terms.
We may update, modify, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions at any time, in our sole and absolute discretion, or end the Rewards Programme or close our Accounts programme, by amending these terms and conditions and posting a notification on our website or emailing you.
14.9 Governing law and jurisdiction.
These terms and conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by English law, and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute relating to them.
Schedule 1: Referral Programme Terms and Conditions

- (b) Where you are a Friend, when you or the Existing Member that refers you to us provides your details to us on ooni.com.
3. Definitions
3.1 Definitions.
In these Referral Programme T&Cs:
- (a) “Account” means a personal account on www.ooni.com.
- (b) "Existing Member" means a current member of the Rewards Programme with an active Account.
- (c) "Friend" means a friend or family member of an Existing Member.
- (d) "Rewards Programme" means the Ooni Rewards programme, our membership rewards programme.
- (e) "Rewards Programme T&Cs" means the terms and conditions governing the Rewards Programme.
- (f) "Ooni Reward Credit" is defined in the Rewards Programme T&Cs.
4. The Referral Programme
4.1 Who is eligible to take part in the Referral Programme.
To take part in the Referral Programme you must be:
- (a) A resident of Australia, Canada (excluding Quebec), any Member State of the European Union, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or the United States;
- (b) Over 18 years of age (or if higher, have reached the legal age of majority in the country you live in); and
- (c) If you are referring a Friend to us, an Existing Member.
4.2 What the Referral Programme allows you to do.
The Referral Programme allows any Existing Member to refer a Friend to the ooni.com online store using a unique referral URL.
4.3 What you get if you are referred by an Existing Member.
Subject to these terms and conditions (in particular clause 6), if you are a Friend of an Existing Member and you are referred to us by an Existing Member using their unique referral URL, you will receive a discount code for 10% off your first purchase on the ooni.com online store (a "Referral Code").
4.4 What you get for referring a Friend.
If you are an Existing Member and:
- (a) You have consent from your Friend to provide us with their name and email address;
- (b) You refer a Friend to us using your unique referral URL; and
- (c) Your Friend spends more than €200 on their first purchase at ooni.com, we will give you €20 of Ooni Reward Credit (as applicable) (“Referral Credit”) which you can apply towards purchases on ooni.com. Only the value of your Friend's first purchase on ooni.com will be taken into account when determining whether you are eligible for a Referral Credit. Please note that it will take 30-35 days for your Referral Credit to be added to your Account.
Your unique referral URL will be available to you through your Account.
4.5 Friend’s consent.
You represent and warrant to us at the time of any referral that you have consent from your Friend to provide their contact details, including name and email address, to us for the purposes of sending them their Referral Code.
5. If you are referred to us by an Existing Member
5.1 These terms apply to you if you are referred to us by an Existing Member.
If you are referred to us as an Existing Member and you choose to take part in the Referral Programme by using your Referral Code, we will assume that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions and that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 4.1.
5.2 Terms applying to the Referral Code.
The Referral Code is available for one-time use only. It can only be used on your first purchase at ooni.com and will not be valid if you have already purchased a product from ooni.com (whether for yourself, as a gift, or otherwise). It cannot be used to purchase bundled products or in conjunction with any other discount code that you may have or promotional offer that we may be running. It may also be subject to such additional terms and conditions as we may publish on our website from time to time.
6. Restrictions on use
6.1 Restrictions on use.
You must not publicly post any unique referral URL online. If we suspect (in our sole and absolute discretion) that you are abusing the Referral Programme, we may determine that you are no longer eligible to take part in the programme and we may cancel any Referral Credit that has been credited to your Account and any Referral Codes that have been issued to you or your Friends (as applicable).
6.2 Abusive practices.
If we determine that you have breached these terms and conditions or abused the Referral Programme, you may be required to pay back the value of the discount that you received by using your Referral Code or Referral Credit (as applicable) and have any such codes or credit canceled.
6.3 Availability of the Referral Programme.
We may terminate the Referral Programme at any time without notice.
7. General terms and conditions
7.1 Terms and conditions of sale.
Other than as set out in these terms and conditions, any purchases made through ooni.com are subject to our general terms and conditions of sale which can be found at https://ooni.com/pages/terms-conditions.
7.2 Your rights.
Your participation in the Referral Programme as a Friend does not prevent you from exercising any of your rights under our general terms and conditions of sale and does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
7.3 We are not liable for business losses.
The Referral Programme is only available for products for domestic and private use. You may not use the Referral Programme for any commercial, business, or resale purpose. If you do use the Referral Programme for such a purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
8. How we may use your personal information
8.1 Our privacy policy.
Any personal information that we collect through the Referral Programme will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy which can be found at https://ooni.com/pages/privacy-and-terms. In addition, we may use personal information that we collect through the Referral Programme to:
- (a) Assess your eligibility for the Referral Programme;
- (b) Email any Referral Code to you; and
- (c) Where you are a Friend, to notify the Existing Member that referred you to us of your purchase (if any) including the amount of your purchase;
- (d) Where you are an Existing Member, to notify you of any purchase made by your Friend.
9. Our right to amend these terms
9.1 Amendment of terms.
We may update, modify, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions at any time in our sole and absolute discretion or end the Referral Programme by amending these terms and conditions and posting a notification on our website or emailing you.
