COVID-19 Update

Europe

Our European warehouse is fully operational. Due to increased demand, it will take up to 10 business days to dispatch your order. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Shipping time may vary once the order leaves warehouse. Once the order is shipped we aim to deliver in 7 days. If we are not meeting 7 days delivery period, please allow for up to 21 days for delivery and rest assured that we will get your Ooni order to you!

Due to additional demand, we have seen some issues with DHL tracking links and these may not always be accurate throughout your order’s journey to you. 

Certain regions in Italy and Croatia are temporarily unable to receive any parcel shipments due to distributors being closed. The full list of affected postcodes can be found here.

Additional delays to be expected in France due to La Poste distributing the deliveries. Parcels might be held longer in local delivery depots since their services are operating only 3 times a week.

Pre-order

What is a Pre-order?

When Ooni products are not currently available in our warehouse, we may offer them on a pre-order basis. That means you can still buy the product, and you’ll be placed in a queue to receive it as soon as it ships to our warehouse, in the time estimated on the page for the item you’ve chosen.

Do I have to pay for the product in full when I pre-order, or can I reserve it with a deposit?

Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. At this time we don’t offer reservations.

When will my pre-ordered item ship?

All items available to pre-order have an estimated delivery time on the product page. Please make sure you are happy to wait until the estimated delivery time when you place the order.

Can I get a specific delivery time for my pre-ordered item?

The estimated delivery time is approximate and your order may ship earlier or later depending on warehouse availability and delivery partner timings. Rest assured all orders are processed in the order they are received. We cannot guarantee a delivered-by date.

My estimated delivery time has passed and I haven’t received a shipping update. When is my order being delivered?

The estimated delivery time we gave you when you pre-ordered was approximate, and it’s possible that it could be delayed by a few days. Rest assured that all orders are processed in the order we receive them.

I ordered some products that were live, and others that were on pre-order. Where’s my order?

If you place an order that includes a mix of available products and products in pre-order, we will deliver your entire order when the pre-ordered item is available.

Can you please expedite my oven?

We aren’t able to expedite delivery on any pre-ordered items but our warehouse team will be working hard to get all orders shipped as soon as possible!

How do I know where my order is?

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successful. We will send you a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking links may take up to 24 hours to display delivery details.

USA

Orders over $35 include free shipping to mainland USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Shipping time: Orders are shipped from our East and West coast warehouses. You can see standard dispatch and shipping times in the table above, as well as the dispatch and delivery times that apply during the Covid-19 restrictions.

Note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Canada and International orders

Orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Please check your country's import fees prior to checking out.

UK

Orders over £25 include free next business day delivery within mainland UK.

Europe

Shipping is free for orders of €99 and above for Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia.

Apart the countries listed above we deliver to Norway, Malta and Switzerland.

Returns

We know that you will love your Ooni product and we endeavour to make your order experience as enjoyable and smooth as possible. If you have changed your mind and you would like to return an unused Ooni product, we can help out. Ooni products ship with a return period of 60 days.

How to initiate a return:

Reach out to us at support.ooni.com. Include the following information to have your return processed as quickly as possible:

  • Your original order number
  • The condition of your item
  • The number of parcels that you would like to return and their dimensions (length, width, breadth and weight)
  • The reason for your return
Return shipping costs

Free returns!

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we’ll cover the costs of getting it back to us. We’ll also cover return shipping if an item is returned in its original packaging and within 60 days of its delivery.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This may occur for any item not in its original condition, damaged or incomplete or outside of the 60 day grace period. In these cases, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. We always minimise these costs and source the lowest rates available.

Returns from outside of mainland USA or UK

If you are returning an Ooni product from outside of the UK or USA, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

What do I do if I have used my Ooni product and I want to return it?

We pride ourselves on our customer support and we will do everything that we can to ensure that you are satisfied with your order and experience. We are available via support.ooni.com and are always happy to offer support, advice and tips for getting the best results from your Ooni product.
