Important
Please store your pellets in a warm, dry place (and not a garden shed). The pellets absorb moisture from the air and this will affect their performance - it's really worth keeping them dry!

100% Beech. Our Pellets have a low moisture and low ash content with no chemicals or binding agents. Their size is optimised for cooking with Ooni.
