    Just attach the burner to the back of the oven to convert to gas power, and you’ll be ready for some low-maintenance cooking. 

    This improved burner has a low-power cooking function, a faster recharge time and a fully serviceable body. That means you’ll see better flame performance while cooking at any temperature, and you’ll also have more control over how you cook in your Karu 12 or Karu 2. And if something goes wrong along the way, it’ll be easier than ever to go in and solve the problem.

    • For Ooni Karu 12: The oven door must always be off and the chimney on when in use
    • For Ooni Karu 12G/Karu 2: The glass door can be used and closed when in use with the gas burner

    We stand by our products. All Ooni products come with a 1-year warranty as standard, and we’ll extend that to a 5-year warranty on our Ooni Fyra, Ooni Karu and Ooni Koda outdoor oven ranges when you register your pizza oven with Ooni. Your Ooni pizza oven must be registered within 60 days of receipt in order to claim the 5-year warranty.

    We guarantee you that your Ooni Pizza Oven will let you cook great pizza at home. 

    So - if you buy an Ooni pizza oven and you can’t make great pizza you have 60 days to return it for free.  Ooni + you = great pizza or we will buy it back.

    • 50 mBar model comes supplied and fitted with a DE G2-R5F propane regulator, compatible with standard German and Austrian gas bottles. For use in Switzerland, a suitable Ooni Hose and Gas Regulator can be purchased here
    • Gas regulator and hose are not supplied with the 30 mBar and 37 mBar models. These models come fitted with a ¼” LH male thread gas terminal and include an 8–10 mm threaded barb adapter. An Ooni Hose and Regulator can be purchased here. If unavailable, seek guidance from your local gas supplier to ensure compatibility with your country’s gas requirements.
