Watch out bagels, there’s a new player in town: our Scandi-inspired salmon and cream cheese pizza has all the best bits of the NY classic, but with a twist. Cooked over a classic Neapolitan-style pizza base, this creamy, salty and zesty pizza is already a firm favourite at Ooni HQ.
Method

For the sauce for this pizza, we recommend preparing our easy Classic Pizza Sauce. With a hint of garlic, salt and basil, it's the ideal pizza sauce that will help to bring out the flavours in the other ingredients used here.
Fire up your Ooni pizza oven. Aim for 500˚C (950˚F) on the stone baking board inside. You can check the temperature inside your Ooni quickly and easily using the Ooni Infrared Thermometer.
Using a small amount of flour, dust your Ooni pizza peel. Stretch the pizza dough ball out to your desired size and lay it out on your pizza peel. Using a large spoon or ladle, spread an even layer of sauce across the base. Add the mozzarella slices, smoked salmon, and dill.
Slide the pizza off the peel and into your oven. Cook for 1-2 minutes, turning regularly. Once cooked, remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with a few dollops of cream cheese and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Finish with a seasoning of crushed black pepper and serve right away!
