1: Rinse and drain your prawns in cold water.
In a large bowl, add the prawns, seeds, garlic, oil, parsley and chopped chilli. Mix together thoroughly with your hands, then leave to marinate for 30 minutes covered in the refrigerator.
2: Fire up your Ooni pizza oven.
Aim for 500˚C (952˚F) on the stone baking board inside. You can check the temperature inside your Ooni quickly and easily using the Ooni Infrared Thermometer.
3: Place your Cast Iron Pan in the Ooni to preheat with a tablespoon of olive oil.
After 1-2 minutes, remove the pan and add your marinated prawns. Cook the prawns in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown. Try to give the pan a shake halfway, to ensure the prawns cook evenly.
4: Once cooked, remove the pan from the oven and set aside.
Toss over your salad and chopped avocado, finishing with a sprinkle of parsley, a squeeze of lemon, and a dash of olive oil. Serve immediately for that beautiful balance of hot & cold and sweet & spicy.
