Method
Fire up your Ooni pizza oven. Aim for 500 °C (952 °F) on the stone baking board inside. You can check the temperature quickly and easily using the infrared thermometer.
In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together.
Working the dough, portion off into 2 to 3 pieces and shape to resemble a flat doughnut. Using a small amount of flour, dust your pizza peel. Lay a doughnut across the peel and launch it into your pizza oven.
Cook each doughnut for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown, then remove from the oven. Brush with melted butter, and sprinkle ½ or ⅓ of your sugar-cinnamon mix, depending on how many doughnuts you make.
