Koda 2 Max
First, we have to talk about the new kid on the block. The Koda 2 Max is the biggest oven we’ve created so far (emphasis on the “so far”). It has a spacious 24-inch cooking area that’s large enough to accommodate multiple pizzas at once.
Size also offers some other advantages too.
The Koda 2 Max sports the all-new Ooni G2 Gas Technology, our most advanced, fuel-efficient gas system yet. The Koda 2 Max’s gas system features two independently controlled temperature zones for side-by-side cooking at a range of temperatures. The gas system’s burners create a tapered flame that generates even, consistent heat across the oven.
The all-new Digital Temperature Hub is another addition to the Koda 2 Max. It provides readings from various spots throughout the oven, so you know exactly when it’s time to cook. The hub also includes two temperature probes for checking roasting meats, and you can even connect to the hub via Bluetooth to monitor temperatures while you prep.
