The first Sunday of Advent is here, and with it we open the first door of our Advent calendar on our German Instagram account. Impact Coffee: Every sip makes a difference
Imagine: it's the first Sunday of Advent, the first snow is falling outside, the smell of freshly baked pastries fills the air inside, and your cup of coffee is steaming gently. This is where Impact Coffee comes in – coffee that combines enjoyment with a clear conscience.
Behind the brand is the Cologne-based start-up Plastic2Beans, which has set itself the task of making the Ethiopian plastics industry more sustainable. At the same time, by sourcing organic specialty coffee, they create fair opportunities for coffee farmers: the price they receive is significantly above the usual market value. The coffee is grown without chemicals or pesticides and cultivated using natural irrigation methods – creating a pleasure that not only touches the moment, but the whole world in a positive way.
