Quickly and easily convert your Ooni Karu 12 or Ooni Karu 2/12G to gas!

Just attach the burner to the back of the oven to convert to gas power, and you’ll be ready for some low-maintenance cooking.

This improved burner has a low-power cooking function, a faster recharge time and a fully serviceable body. That means you’ll see better flame performance while cooking at any temperature, and you’ll also have more control over how you cook in your Karu 12 or Karu 2. And if something goes wrong along the way, it’ll be easier than ever to go in and solve the problem.

50 mBar model comes supplied and fitted with a DE G2-R5F propane regulator, compatible with standard German and Austrian gas bottles. For use in Switzerland, a suitable Ooni Hose and Gas Regulator can be purchased here
Gas regulator and hose are not supplied with the 30 mBar and 37 mBar models. These models come fitted with a ¼” LH male thread gas terminal and include an 8–10 mm threaded barb adapter. An Ooni Hose and Regulator can be purchased here. If unavailable, seek guidance from your local gas supplier to ensure compatibility with your country’s gas requirements.
