Ooni Premium Hardwood 5″ Oak Logs

Ooni Premium Hardwood 13cm (5″) Oak Logs are 100% oak hardwood, kiln dried and cut to size for Ooni Karu 12 and Karu 2.
 
Kiln drying lowers the moisture content of the wood, so it lights easily and burns at a steady, high heat, adding a subtle wood-fired flavour to your pizza.
 
Keep 5 or 6 pieces burning at a time for consistent heat. Each 7–8kg box contains enough wood to cook dozens of pizzas.
 
Please note: the logs are cut from real timber, so shapes and sizes vary. What you receive may look different from the images on this page, but every piece is cut to fit and fire in your oven.
