Use the versatile smooth Sizzler side for fajitas or frying eggs, or flip and use the Ooni Grizzler ribs for those picture perfect seared grill marks on the meats. Use the bespoke designed removable handles to safely move the Ooni Dual-Sided Grizzler Plate in and out the oven when hot, or serve it straight to the table using the stainless steel trivet stand.

The cast iron Ooni Dual-Sided Grizzler Plate fits inside all of our pizza ovens, so you can go beyond stone-baked pizza to make a range of larger flame-cooked dishes for a crowd.

We stand by our products. All Ooni products come with a 1-year warranty as standard, and we’ll extend that to a 5-year warranty on our Ooni Fyra, Ooni Karu and Ooni Koda outdoor oven ranges when you register your pizza oven with Ooni. Your Ooni pizza oven must be registered within 60 days of receipt in order to claim the 5-year warranty.

We guarantee you that your Ooni Pizza Oven will let you cook great pizza at home. 

So - if you buy an Ooni pizza oven and you can’t make great pizza you have 60 days to return it for free.  Ooni + you = great pizza or we will buy it back.

Care instructions: Hand wash when cool. Store in a dry environment. Never store wet. Products come pre-seasoned but will require re-seasoning during lifetime, refer to essentials guide for more detail.

Note: Unlike our other cast iron products, the Ooni Dual-Sided Grizzler is not compatible with induction hobs due to it's raised edges.
