    Das Ooni Karu 12 Gasbrenner-Bundle bietet einen vielseitigen Einstieg in das Backen im Freien und kombiniert den charakteristischen tragbaren Ofen mit einem optionalen Gasbrenner für schnelle und konstante Hitze.

    • Einfach tragbar (nur 12 kg), mit der ganzen Kraft eines großen Pizzaofens.
    • Befeuert mit Holz oder Holzkohle für authentisches Backen über dem offenen Feuer oder mit Gas mit einem geeigneten Brenner.
    • Maximale Temperatur von 500 °C. Pizzen werden in 60 Sekunden gebacken.
    • Erreicht die ideale Backtemperatur von 450 °C in nur 15 Minuten.
    • 30 cm große Pizzen werden auf einem 15 mm dicken Cordierit-Pizzastein gebacken.

    The 12kg Karu 12 is already easy to carry, but folding legs add extra portability and make storage a snap.

    Quick access fuel hatch

    When it’s time to top up, you can load up your solid fuels quickly, easily and safely.

    Enlarged Fuel Tray

    The chimney can be removed for easy storage. When cooking with solid fuels, use the vent control to adjust the heat level. Keep it closed for low heat and smokey flavours, or open it up to reach the Karu 12’s max temperature.

    15mm thick cordierite pizza stone

    This thick, cordierite stone provides excellent heat retention for perfectly cooked pizza bases.
