Koda 16 30 mBar Extended Shipping
The 30 mBar gas variant of the Koda 16 Gas Powered Pizza Oven will be shipped from mid June.
Koda 12 30 mBar Extended Shipping
The 30 mBar gas variant of the Koda 12 Gas Powered Pizza Oven will be shipped from mid June.
Koda 2 50 mBar Slate Blue Extended Shipping
The 50 mBar gas variant of the Slate Blue Koda 2 Gas Powered Pizza Oven will be shipped from mid-June.
Koda 2 Pro 50 mBar Slate Blue Extended Shipping
The 50 mBar gas variant of the Slate Blue Koda 2 Pro Gas Powered Pizza Oven will be shipped from the end of June.
Switzerland Shipping Exclusion
We are currently unable to ship the following products to Switzerland: Koda 12 Pizza Oven, Koda 16 Pizza Oven, Gas Burner for Ooni Karu 2 Pro, Gas Burner for Ooni Karu 2 and Gas Burner for Ooni Pro 16.
Large Item Shipping Surcharge
A €50 shipping surcharge applies to the Koda 2 Max, Koda 2 Pro, and Karu 2 Pro when shipping to the following countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.
Standard Delivery | 5-8 working days (Mon-Fri)
For a limited time only, we are pleased to offer exclusive free shipping on all orders delivered to France, Germany, and Italy, with no minimum purchase required. For our customers in the rest of the mainland EU, our standard shipping policy applies: delivery is free on all orders over €99, while orders under this amount start at a flat rate of €9.99. Please note that shipping costs are updated at checkout based on your specific location and that digital gift cards are excluded from free shipping thresholds.

*Currently not shipping gas products to Switzerland.
We do not ship to British, French and Dutch overseas territories. We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

If you wish to ship to a region outside of these areas, you can choose to use a freight forwarding service, however, please note that the Ooni Warranty is only applicable to our shipping regions, and we accept no liability for losses or damages in transit via freight forwarders. Import duties and taxes may be payable for shipping outside the EU, or which will be at your cost.
Your items may arrive in separate parcels.

We don’t currently have gift wrapping available and Ooni products ship with references to their contents on the box.
We know Ooni makes such an awesome gift, our products are shipped in a branded box, but this does not show any pricing information. As soon as your product is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link so that you can intercept before your loved one gets a sneak peak at their gift!
We only offer express shipping within EU to Germany, France and Italy.
We have a warehouse in the Netherlands, which is where your order will be fulfilled from. Therefore, there is no impact on your orders or any returns in terms of taxes, duties or customs as a result of Brexit, for orders shipping within the EU.
Whilst we are Headquartered in the UK, we also have a team in Bonn, Germany, as well as a team in Austin, Texas - Ooni is one global pizza loving team!
If you are in the Canary Islands or any area outside of the EU, import duties and/or taxes will be due to be paid upon arrival of your order - unfortunately, payment of these additional charges is your responsibility.
