If you are using one of our multi-fuel ovens, you have the option to use charcoal, wood or gas. Simply attach a gas burner to your oven to enjoy effortless, consistent temperature control.

The Karu 12 is designed for total flexibility. Out of the box, it runs beautifully on wood or charcoal.
