1. About these terms
- Thank you for taking part in the Promotion. We’re so excited that you want to enter our Promotion. Our mission is to make sure anyone can make great pizza, and this Promotion is one small step in helping to make that mission a reality.
- What these terms cover. These terms set out all the details of the Promotion together with some (admittedly tedious, but necessary) legal stuff.
- How these terms work.
- This document is called the “Specific Terms”. It sets out all the exciting bits of the Promotion - including details of the things that we’re giving away - and tells you how to enter the Promotion.
- Unfortunately, our legal team has insisted that these terms be read alongside our Standard Terms, which are available at https://uk.ooni.com/blogs/t-cs/oonis-standard-promotion-terms-conditions.
- The Standard Terms set out the boring (but very important) terms and conditions applying to the Promotion. They are incorporated into these Specific Terms. You must read them carefully.
- The Standard Terms and these Specific Terms are together known as the “Promotion Terms”.
- By submitting an Entry you agree to the Promotion Terms.
- Definitions:
Capitalised terms used in these Specific Terms have the meaning given to them in the Standard Promotion Terms unless otherwise defined in this document.

First things first, what is the Promotion? |

Is this a “Prize Draw” or a “Mass Giveaway” promotion? |
This Promotion is a Competition. A Competition is a promotion where winners are selected based on skill, knowledge, or judgement rather than by chance. |

What is the Promotion Period (i.e. when will the Promotion run)? |
The Promotion Period will start at 10:00 CET on 07.11.2025 and ends at 23:59 CET on 06.12.2025 (the “Promotion Period”) |

What date will the winner be chosen? |
The shortlisting of the Christmassy Ooni Point of Sale display (PoS) will take place during calendar week 50. The Instagram story to vote for the winner will be posted on 12th December at 12pm and will end on 13th December at 12pm. |

Who is Eligible to take part in the Promotion/ what countries and regions is the promotion going to run in? |
To enter the Promotion you must meet the General Eligibility Criteria and the EU Eligibility Criteria described in the Standard Terms and Conditions. Additionally, you must also be a qualified retailer of Ooni. If you meet the relevant criteria you will be an “Eligible Participant”. |

How can you enter the Promotion? |
To enter the Promotion you must submit a picture of your Christmassy Ooni PoS to the following URL: https://forms.gle/a3fyjphzj4VHV3E38 In brief, that means you must: create a Christmas themed Ooni PoS and photograph it. |

How do you win the Promotion? |
To be in with a chance of winning the Promotion, you must send your Christmassy PoS pictures to us. We will then select the 5 most festive, outstanding and christmassy Ooni PoS displays to share with Ooni’s Instagram followers on @oonide. Our followers on Instagram will then vote on the winning PoS. Voting on Instagram will take place by votes on poll stickers posted on the @oonide story. The winner will be decided by the total number of poll votes on the relevant story. |

How many Entries are permitted per Eligible Participant? |
One per Store. (Note, this box only refers to regular Entries submitted by entrants, and only applies where we will permit an Entrant to enter twice using two different entry mechanisms). The box below deals with “Bonus Entries”). |
